Bemax Inc. will launch an exclusive line of private label disposable diapers and wipes, under the Mother’s Hugs brand name, to be sold exclusively and distributed through existing Bemax distribution channels of wholesalers and retailers in Europe and emerging African markets as well as to buyers online through the Bemax e-commerce website. The first phase of the private label launch will begin in the first quarter of 2016 with sales estimated to reach $5.5 million dollars in the first year. “Bemax private label will allow customers to control product quality, size, and packaging and help build customer loyalty. We are pleased to reach this milestone in this early stage as we continue to grow and explore new market opportunities. We look forward to an increased revenue in all our markets in 2016,” states Taiwo Aimasiko, CEO of Bemax Inc. Bemax is a U.S.-based company that actively pursues opportunities in the rapidly growing global consumer staples and household products industries. Diapers is viewed by the company as a lucrative investment possibility, and Bemax is poised to take advantage of higher fertility rates, attractive growth levels and minimal local competition—with a dedicated and experienced staff, excellent order procurement and effective management and marketing. Its original market focus was South Africa where it has distributed disposable baby diapers to wholesalers and local market retailers. Bemax’s diapers are exported from the U.S. and Canada.
